Located at Residency Permai, Bukit Mertajam, this kitchen was thoughtfully designed by Ms. Ally for Mr. Sean, showcasing a modern contemporary concept tailored for practical living.

A Modern Palette with Warm Contrast

This kitchen combines warm wood-textured melamine base cabinets with clean white HDF wall cabinets, creating a balanced contrast between warmth and minimalism.

The quartz stone countertop enhances the space with a sleek, durable finish — perfect for daily use while maintaining a refined look.

Adding subtle character to the design, the Talavera-inspired backsplash tiles introduce a layer of artistry without overpowering the overall contemporary feel.

Functional Details That Matter

Every element is carefully planned to support real kitchen use, including:

• Hanging dish rack for easy access
• Pull-out sauce tray basket for better organisation
• Built-in microwave oven for a seamless look
