Located in Laguna Merbok, Sungai Petani, this kitchen was thoughtfully designed for Ms. Hidawati by our consultant Ms. Zoey, bringing a modern classic kitchen concept into a wide, well-planned space tailored for real living.

A Refined Palette of Grey, Wood & White

This kitchen features elegant grey HDF cabinetry, complemented by warm wood accents that soften the overall look and introduce a natural touch.

Paired with a white quartz stone countertop, the combination creates a clean yet sophisticated contrast — resulting in a space that feels both timeless and visually balanced.

The addition of a brick-pattern backsplash enhances the modern classic identity, adding subtle texture without overwhelming the design.

A Spacious L-Shaped Layout

Spanning over 20 feet in width, the kitchen is designed in an L-shaped layout to maximise both space and efficiency.

This layout provides:

• Clear zoning for cooking, preparation, and cleaning
• Ample countertop workspace
• A comfortable flow for daily use and movement

It’s a layout that supports both functionality and a sense of openness.

A Multi-Functional Island at the Centre

At the heart of the kitchen is a 7 x 2.5 feet island, designed to be both practical and versatile.

• Integrated storage cabinets for added convenience
• Built-in power sockets to support modern kitchen needs

It also serves as a natural gathering point — perfect for casual dining, conversations, and family interaction.

Smart Integration of Storage & Appliances

The layout is carefully planned to maximise storage while maintaining a clean and cohesive look.

• The left side houses a fridge and full-height cabinets, ensuring sufficient storage for daily essentials
• The right side seamlessly integrates a laundry area, allowing functionality without disrupting the overall design
