Located in Astana Park Homes, Sungai Petani, this kitchen was co-created for Mr. Dzafri and family by our consultant Ms. Zoey, bringing a modern classic kitchen concept into a refined, practical space tailored to real lifestyle needs.

A Timeless Design Language with Subtle Elegance

At the heart of the design is a calming palette of soft sage green HDF shaker-style cabinetry, chosen to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and enduring.

The shaker profile introduces a classic farmhouse touch, while subtle gold handles elevate the overall look with a hint of understated luxury.

This combination strikes a careful balance — classic without feeling dated, elegant without being overwhelming.

Bright, Clean Surfaces that Enhance the Space

The kitchen is anchored by a light marble-look quartz tabletop, offering both durability and a clean, seamless surface for daily use.

Complementing this is a white backsplash, designed to reflect light and visually open up the space. This contrast allows the green cabinetry to stand out beautifully, creating a kitchen that feels both fresh and visually balanced.

A Functional U-Shaped Layout for Everyday Efficiency

Planned in a U-shaped kitchen layout, the space is designed to maximise efficiency by keeping all key zones — cooking, preparation, and cleaning — within easy reach.

This layout supports:

• Smooth and intuitive workflow
• Better use of available wall space
• A more enclosed, focused cooking environment

The integration of a built-in microwave oven ensures appliances are neatly tucked away, maintaining the clean and cohesive look of the cabinetry.

Concealed Storage for a Clutter-Free Experience

Beyond aesthetics, this kitchen is designed with real-life usability in mind.

Smart storage solutions are carefully incorporated, including a built-in dish rack system within drawers — allowing everyday items to be stored neatly out of sight while remaining easily accessible.

One of the most distinctive elements of this space is the light wood herringbone flooring, which adds texture, movement, and warmth underfoot.
