Project Highlight – Modern Classic Kitchen at Bukit Banyan Amaryn, Sungai Petani

A warm and welcoming kitchen designed with simplicity, functionality, and everyday comfort in mind.

Located in Bukit Banyan Amaryn, Sungai Petani, Kedah, this project was thoughtfully designed for Ms. Fairuz by our consultant Ms. Zoey Tan, bringing a modern classic kitchen concept to life.

A Farmhouse Space with Natural Warmth

This kitchen embraces the essence of midern classic design — combining soft grey tones with natural wood textures to create a space that feels calm, grounded, and inviting.

The cabinetry features a combination of:

• Light grey HDF lining doors for a clean, classic look
• Warm wood melamine finishes to introduce natural warmth

Paired with a white quartz stone tabletop, the overall design feels bright, balanced, and timeless.

Functional Layout with Efficient Planning

The kitchen is designed to maximise space with an L-shaped main layout, complemented by an opposite I-shaped cabinet run.

This configuration allows for:

• Clear separation of work zones
• Smooth movement while cooking
• Additional storage and appliance integration

The tall cabinet system neatly houses the built-in microwave oven and refrigerator, maintaining a clean and seamless appearance.

Smart Storage for Everyday Use

Designed with practicality in mind, the kitchen includes a range of built-in accessories to enhance organisation:

• Dishwasher integration for convenience
• Sauce tray storage for easy access
• Pull-out trash system to keep the space tidy

These thoughtful details ensure the kitchen remains organised, efficient, and easy to maintain.
