Located in Kepala Batas, Alor Setar, this project was designed for Mr. Ariff by our consultant Ms. Ally, bringing together a modern contemporary kitchen concept with a timeless, minimalist appeal.

A Clean & Timeless Material Palette

This kitchen features neutral-toned acrylic cabinetry, creating a smooth and glossy finish that reflects light beautifully. Paired with a glossy brick-style backsplash, the space achieves a modern yet timeless look.

The white quartz stone countertop was selected for its durability and impact resistance, while maintaining a clean and cohesive aesthetic throughout the kitchen.

Functional Layout with Island Addition

The wet kitchen is designed in an L-shaped layout, allowing for efficient workflow and comfortable movement between cooking zones.

To enhance usability, a kitchen island is introduced — providing:

• Additional worktop space for meal preparation
• A casual seating area for coffee or quick meals
• Extra storage compartments for better organisation

The island also offers comfortable legroom, making it both practical and inviting.

Extended Storage at Dining Area

Complementing the main kitchen, an I-shaped cabinet at the dining area provides additional storage and functionality.

This section features:

• Acrylic cabinet doors for a consistent modern look
• White quartz tabletop with marble pattern
• Single bowl above-counter sink for added convenience

The design ensures a seamless flow between kitchen and dining spaces while maintaining a clean, uncluttered appearance.
