Located in Cinta Sayang Resort Villas, Sungai Petani, this modern classic kitchen was thoughtfully co-created for Ms. Izrin by our consultant Ms. Zoey, blending classic country elements with clean, modern lines.

A Modern Farmhouse with Warm Character

The design embraces the essence of a modern classic kitchen concept — where classic detailing meets simplicity. Soft wood textures, clean-lined cabinetry, and gold accents come together to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and effortlessly elegant.

This combination brings a sense of “home sweet home” — a kitchen that is not only visually pleasing but also comforting to live in.

Dry Kitchen – Light, Elegant & Inviting

The dry kitchen is designed to feel bright and refined, with materials that enhance both aesthetics and usability:

• White HDF lining cabinet doors for a clean, timeless look
• Light wood counter panels to introduce warmth and balance
• Transparent glass display cabinets to showcase selected pieces
• Marble-look matte porcelain tabletop for durability and elegance
• Gold cabinet handles adding a subtle touch of luxury

Wet Kitchen – Practical & Built for Daily Use

The wet kitchen focuses on durability and functionality while maintaining the same design language:

• White HDF lining cabinet doors for consistency
• Light wood composite panels for a cohesive warm tone
• Stainless steel sink carcass for long-lasting performance
• Gold cabinet handles to tie the overall design together

To achieve a clean and calm space, unnecessary details are intentionally reduced. Traditional cabinet linings are simplified, and smart storage solutions are incorporated to keep everything organised and within reach.
