What's Special About Carte Kitchen

Co-Creation is our company philosophy that guide us to remember that Carte Kitchen isn’t just a brand, it’s a living, evolving community of storytellers. With every journey mapped and every story shared, the brand grows, built not by a single designer’s vision, but by house owners who care about beauty, meaning, and connection.

We don’t design for you. We design with you.

Instead of imposing our ideas, we listen, observe, and understand how you live, cook, and use your home. Every decision, from layout to materials to accessories, is made together with you.

How this benefits you:

• Your kitchen is designed around your real lifestyle and workflow
• Every detail reflects your personality and journey as a homeowner
• No templates, no packages, no modular limitations
• A personalised kitchen that truly fits your home, not a copy of someone else’s

Because at Carte Kitchen, every project is a shared journey.
Your story becomes part of the kitchen we create together.
At Carte Kitchen, we don’t expect you to have all the answers. You just need to show up.

We’ll start with our signature boxed enquiry form, a simple visual tool where each box represents 1 foot of space. Together, we sketch your layout based on how you move, cook, and live.

And once we understand you, we walk you through our copyrighted kitchen checklist, step by step, so nothing gets missed.

We don’t take the easy route by showing you past designs or ready-made templates or modulars just to impress you. Every kitchen we create is tailored to your lifestyle, your habits, and what truly matters to you, not a recycled version of someone else’s home.
Definitely, yes.

We understand that investors prioritise ROI, but we also know that every investor has different strategies and goals. Beyond return on investment, many investors care about durability, functionality, tenant appeal, and long-term value.

Through co-creation, we design kitchens that match your investment strategy, whether your goal is rental yield, faster tenant take-up, better resale value, or lower maintenance in the long run.

How this benefits investors:

• Durable materials that reduce maintenance and repair costs
• Functional layouts that suit a wide range of tenants
• Timeless designs that stay attractive for years
• Smart budget planning to maximise value without over-spending

Because even investment properties deserve a kitchen that works smart, looks good, and adds long-term value.

Carte Kitchen is founded by individuals with an engineering background and over 10 years of experience in the cabinetry industry. This foundation allows us to build strong systems, SOPs, workflows, checklists, and quality control processes to ensure every project meets our standards.

We are proud to have a team of young and passionate professionals in their 20s and 30s, bringing fresh ideas, modern design sense, and up-to-date trends, so your kitchen never feels outdated.

From customer service to our consultants, every team member undergoes professional and systematic training, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience throughout your journey with us.

Our factory and installation team are 100% local, modern, and forward-thinking, embracing new technologies, new designs, and new challenges beyond the traditional carpenter approach.
To be honest, we don’t claim that we are the best in the market — and we don’t think homeowners should be looking for “the best” either.

What matters more is finding a kitchen specialist whose philosophy, approach, and understanding match your needs, lifestyle, and expectations.

At Carte Kitchen, our strength lies in our Co-Creation philosophy.

We don’t design for you.
We design with you.

Instead of giving templates, packages, or recycled layouts, we take time to understand your lifestyle, cooking habits, preferences, and needs, then co-create a kitchen that truly works for you.

Together with our own factory, modern manufacturing system, and strict quality control, we ensure every kitchen is carefully designed and crafted.

At the end of the day, the best kitchen specialist is the one who understands you and builds a kitchen that truly works for you.

No. We do not provide services for general renovation or wet works such as plumbing, painting, tiling, electrical wiring, plaster ceiling, or other construction works.

However, as part of our kitchen design & build service, we may assist with the installation of kitchen appliances such as hood & hob, built-in oven, and microwave, sink, on a case-by-case basis when clients engage our kitchen cabinetry service.
Yes, we provide design and build services for a full range of carpentry works, including:

• Wardrobes
• TV cabinets & TV panels
• Shoe cabinets
• Altar cabinets
• Wall panels
• Bed frames & bedheads
• And other built-in carpentry

Our usual practice is to finalise the kitchen first, as it is the heart of the home and often the most complex and decision-heavy space. Once the kitchen is properly planned and settled, the remaining carpentry works become much easier and more seamless, giving you greater peace of mind throughout the renovation journey.
Once you engage our kitchen design & build service, we will take care of the cabinetry, countertop and coordination. However, you will still need to appoint your own contractor for general renovation and wet works, such as:

• Tiling works
• Plaster ceiling
• Electrical wiring
• Plumbing works
• Hole coring for hood ducting

Don’t worry, our team will coordinate closely with your contractors on-site to ensure everything is prepared according to our kitchen design and technical drawings.

Some examples of important things to prepare:

• A plumber to connect the sink water inlet & outlet after countertop installation
• A contractor to core the wall/ceiling opening for hood ducting
• A wireman to prepare all electrical points according to our drawings before cabinet fabrication begins
• A wireman to install 13A sockets and switches on the cabinets after installation

This teamwork approach ensures your kitchen installation runs smoothly and according to plan.
Interior design firms and kitchen specialists serve different roles in a renovation project.

As kitchen specialists, our core focus is on design, factory fabrication, and installation of kitchen cabinetry and carpentry works. Our team is professionally trained and equipped to deliver high-quality craftsmanship in this specialised area.

For other renovation scopes such as electrical wiring, plumbing, tiling, plaster ceiling, and wet works, it is best to engage professionals who specialise in those fields (e.g., wireman, plumber, renovation contractor). This ensures every part of your home is handled by the right expert.

By working alongside your appointed contractors, we can focus on delivering the best kitchen and carpentry solutions while ensuring the overall project runs smoothly through proper coordination.
We primarily focus on residential projects.

Approximately:
• 80% are new bare-unit homes (new handover houses or condominiums)
• 20% are kitchen makeovers or revamp projects
Our showrooms are located in Bukit Mertajam, Bayan Lepas, Sungai Petani, SS2 Petaling Jaya, and Setia Alam, allowing us to serve the Northern Region (Penang & Kedah) and the entire Klang Valley.

We also take on selected outstation projects in areas such as:
• Taiping, Ipoh (Perak)
• Nilai, Seremban (Negeri Sembilan)
• Melaka

Outstation projects are subject to a minimum order value (MOQ) and may include an outstation charge to cover transportation, labour, and accommodation. Delivery and installation timelines may vary for outstation projects, depending on distance, logistics, and site conditions. Please check with our team for details.
We currently have showrooms across Northern Malaysia and Klang Valley, located at:

• Bukit Mertajam, Penang
• Bayan Lepas, Penang
• Sungai Petani, Kedah
• SS2, Petaling Jaya (Selangor)
• Setia Alam, Shah Alam (Selangor)

Each showroom features live kitchen displays, material samples, and accessories, allowing you to experience kitchen workflow and design ideas in person.
Yes, we do. Our Klang Valley showrooms are located at:

• SS2, Petaling Jaya (Selangor)
• Setia Alam, Shah Alam (Selangor)
Yes, we have our own manufacturing factory.

We are proud to operate a modern production facility equipped with CNC machinery and automatic edge-banding machines. This allows us to achieve high levels of precision, consistency, and quality control.

Unlike traditional carpentry workshops, our factory operates with systematic manufacturing processes, SOPs, and quality checks to ensure every cabinet meets our standards before it reaches your home.

Having our own factory also allows us to maintain better control over craftsmanship, timeline, and product quality for every project.
Yes, absolutely.

We are happy to work together with your interior designer and fabricate the kitchen cabinets based on the design concept provided.

Our team will usually prepare our own 3D illustration and technical proposal for your review. This allows you and your ID team to understand our cabinet structure, construction details, and methodology — as different designers may approach cabinetry differently.

We will propose the approach that we believe offers the best balance of functionality, durability, and build quality.

In fact, there are some of our projects follow this arrangement — where the overall renovation is handled by the client’s interior designer, while Carte Kitchen specialises in designing and building the kitchen cabinetry.
Yes, we can handle this type of project for homes located in Northern Malaysia (Penang, Kedah, and nearby areas).

However, at the moment, we are not able to take on this type of work in Klang Valley or other outstation locations. This is because such projects require additional on-site adjustments, and we are currently focusing on training our team and building sufficient manpower to support this service in those regions.

We appreciate your understanding and will continue expanding our capabilities in the future.
Yes, we do provide dismantling services for existing cabinets.

However, this service only covers the removal of cabinetry. If the work involves concrete hacking, plumbing adjustments, or electrical rewiring, you will need to engage the relevant professionals such as a wet work contractor or licensed wireman to carry out those works.

Our team will coordinate accordingly to ensure the new kitchen installation can proceed smoothly.

Carte Kitchen's Workflow

• 3D Design & Rendering:
After finalising the concept and layout with you, we typically take 1–2 weeks to prepare the 3D rendering, depending on the project size and complexity.

• Manufacturing & Installation:
Once all details, materials, and specifications are confirmed, the fabrication and on-site installation will take approximately 3–6 weeks.
You’ll receive a free 1-to-1 personalised consultation, which includes:

• Space planning using our Carte Signature Boxed Enquiry Form
• Kitchen design proposal using our Copyrighted Kitchen Checklist
• Material briefing and selection guidance
• Live kitchen experience to understand workflow and usability
• Accessories and fittings selection
• Budget planning with a detailed printed quotation

Here’s what we expect from you:

• Your house layout / floor plan
• Your ideas and story
• Your lifestyle and cooking habits

This helps us understand your needs and start the co-creation journey together.
No obligation to buy, just sharing story and ideas
Once we receive your confirmation deposit (via online transfer or credit card), we will begin the next steps of the project:

- Arrange site measurement
- Conduct a detailed discussion to finalise layout, ideas, and proposal
- Proceed with 3D rendering and design development
- This marks the official start of your kitchen co-creation journey with us.
Yes, of course. Your satisfaction is important to us. Every project includes up to two rounds of minor amendments at no additional cost. If further revisions are requested beyond this, a minimal design fee will be charged. This helps keep the design process efficient while ensuring we move towards a final design you truly love.
Once the kitchen design is finalised, our team will arrange a site visit for M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) marking. During this visit, we will mark the electrical points and water points on the walls, so your contractors can follow our technical drawings accurately.

We will also coordinate with your contractors on works that may affect the kitchen, such as:
• Tiling works (if applicable)
• Plaster ceiling works (if applicable)

It is very important to finalise your kitchen design before renovation begins. This helps avoid rework, delays, and unnecessary additional costs.
Cabinet fabrication can begin after your renovation works are completed. We will first arrange a final site measurement and inspection to ensure all M&E points (electrical and plumbing) are prepared according to our drawings. After that, we will confirm all final specifications and details with you before submitting the project for production.

What happens in production:

• BOM (Bill of Materials) is generated
• Board Cutting List (BCL) is prepared
• CNC cutting begins
• ABS edge banding is completed
• Assembly and packaging
• Quality control checks are carried out

From the day the project is submitted to production, it typically takes 3–5 weeks to deliver the cabinets to site for installation.
Many fast deliveries come from modular or prefabricated systems. These kitchens are often:
• Template-based
• Pre-cut and pre-assembled
• Mass-produced in standard sizes

This allows quicker delivery because most components are already prepared in advance.

At Carte Kitchen, every project is fully personalised and made-to-order. Your cabinets are fabricated only after your design, measurements, and specifications are finalised. This process involves detailed planning, custom manufacturing, and strict quality checks.
For a standard kitchen project (approximately RM35,000 – RM50,000), cabinet installation typically takes 1–3 days, depending on the project complexity and site condition.

After the cabinets are installed:
• The countertop team will visit for on-site measurement
• Countertop fabrication will follow
• Countertop installation is usually completed within 1–2 weeks after measurement

This staged process ensures precise fitting and a high-quality final finish.
As every kitchen is handcrafted and installed on-site, minor touch-ups may sometimes be required. If you submit any defects within the defect liability period, rectification will be carried out at no additional charge.

After completion:

• Our multimedia team may arrange a professional photo/video shoot
• Your kitchen may be featured as part of the Carte brand story
• Together, we celebrate another co-created kitchen, built around your unique journey and story

As a member of our Friends for Life program, you’ll also enjoy referral appreciation rewards when you introduce your friends or family to us. Because at Carte Kitchen, we aim to build more than just cabinets, we build long-term relationships.
We understand many companies will visit your site first and give a quotation on the spot. That is not our approach, and it’s what makes us different.

We believe designing and building a kitchen is not just about price. It’s about creating a space that truly works for your lifestyle. We don’t assume homeowners are only looking for the cheapest package or a quick template solution.

By visiting our showroom first, you get to:

• Have a deeper conversation so we can truly understand your needs and lifestyle
• Experience and touch our materials in person
• Explore our live kitchens and understand real workflow and movement
• Discover accessories and mechanisms that improve daily living
• Understand how we tailor specifications to fit your cooking habits and home

This showroom session helps both of us understand each other before any design begins, ensuring we co-create a kitchen that genuinely fits you, not a recycled layout from someone else’s home.
Starting your kitchen journey with Carte Kitchen is simple:

1. Book a Consultation Appointment
Arrange a session with one of our kitchen consultants.

2. Visit Our Showroom
Come to our showroom to experience our materials, live kitchens, and accessories.

3. Bring Your Layout & Ideas
Bring along your house layout plan, design ideas, inspirations, and share your story with us.

4. Understand Our Approach
During the consultation, you’ll understand how we work and see whether our co-creation approach matches your expectations.

5. Co-Create Your Kitchen
We will work together with you to plan the layout, materials, accessories, and workflow that suit your lifestyle.

6. Quotation & Budget Planning
Finally, we will prepare a detailed quotation and help you plan the budget accordingly.
The overall timeline depends on several factors such as project size, scope of work, and the number of design amendments. Public holidays and site readiness may also affect the schedule.

However, a typical project timeline (excluding design amendments) usually follows this sequence:

Design Phase
Approximately 1–2 weeks to complete the design development and 3D illustration.

Fabrication Phase
Approximately 3–4 weeks for factory production after final specifications are confirmed.

Installation Phase
Approximately 1–2 weeks for delivery and installation on site, depending on project size and site conditions.

Overall, a standard project may take around 5–8 weeks from design confirmation to completion.

Carte Kitchen's Material

Hybrid Solution is our approach of combining different materials strategically within one kitchen to maximise performance, durability, and cost efficiency. Instead of using one single material throughout, we carefully study your lifestyle, usage pattern, and budget, then recommend the right material for the right area.

For example:
• Stainless Steel carcass for wet zones (near sink area) for better moisture resistance
• Solid melamine board for dry areas to balance cost and durability
• Different surface finishes depending on usage and design theme

This ensures you are not overspending on areas that don’t require premium materials, while still protecting high-risk zones properly.

The benefit to you:
• Smarter budget allocation
• Longer-lasting kitchen
• Better performance based on real usage
• A balanced solution — not overkill, not under-spec

At Carte Kitchen, Hybrid Solution is about designing intelligently, not just selling materials.

We offer a carefully selected range of materials to suit different lifestyles, budgets, and design preferences. Based on our Hybrid Solution approach, we will recommend the most suitable combination for your kitchen.

Cabinet Carcass Options
• Anti-stain Solid Melamine Board (E1, E0, NAF low-emission board)
• Stainless Steel Cabinet System (for wet areas)
• Anti-stain Blockboard

Door & Surface Finishes
• Melamine finish
• HPL laminate finish
• Acrylic finish
• Aluminium frame glass doors
• Membrane pressed shaker doors
• Linen and Rattan finish

Countertop Options
• Compact Top (Kompacplus)
• Dekton
• Silestone
• Quartz stone
• Sintered stone
• Solid wood

During consultation, we will guide you through each material and recommend the best combination based on your lifestyle and cooking habits.
At Carte Kitchen, we believe there is no single “best” material for kitchen cabinet— only the material that best suits your lifestyle, cooking habits, and design preference.

Different homes have different needs. For example:

• If you have young kids, glass doors may not be ideal for base cabinets
• If you cook heavily and frequently, a waterproof, highly scratch-resistant Kompacplus countertop may be more suitable
• If you love a Muji style, melamine door panels are often a perfect match
• If you prefer a classic design, membrane-pressed shaker doors may suit you better

Instead of comparing materials as “good or bad”, we focus on finding the best fit for you — balancing durability, functionality, aesthetics, and budget.

Because the best kitchen material is the one that works best for the way you live.
Yes, we do.

We offer low formaldehyde emission boards, including E0 and E1 grade melamine boards, which are commonly used for healthier indoor environments.

In addition, we are proud to say that we are one of the players in the market that actively promote the use of EcoNAF (Non-Added Formaldehyde) boards, which contain no added formaldehyde in the manufacturing process.

This helps provide a safer and cleaner indoor air environment, especially important for families with children or those who are sensitive to indoor air quality.
Yes, we do.

We offer both stainless steel and aluminium cabinet systems as part of our material options.

In fact, for ALL of our projects, we default to using stainless steel cabinets for the sink area. This is part of our Hybrid Solution approach, where we combine different materials strategically to improve durability and performance.

For example, stainless steel under the sink helps prevent issues related to water exposure, moisture, and long-term durability.

This Hybrid Solution concept has become one of the key reasons many homeowners choose Carte Kitchen — because we focus on using the right material at the right place, instead of forcing a single material throughout the entire kitchen.
If you are looking for 100% waterproof cabinet materials, we do offer options such as aluminium cabinets and stainless steel cabinets.

For most kitchens, we also apply our Hybrid Solution approach, where we strategically use waterproof materials in areas that are more exposed to water — such as the sink area — while using other suitable materials for the rest of the kitchen.

This allows us to balance durability, functionality, design, and budget, ensuring your kitchen performs well in real daily use.
Yes. If you are looking for termite-proof materials, we provide cabinet options in aluminium and stainless steel.

These materials are naturally resistant to termites and are suitable for homeowners who prioritise long-term durability and protection.

In some projects, we also apply our Hybrid Solution approach, where termite-resistant materials can be used in selected areas while balancing design, functionality, and budget.
Yes, many companies offer Blum hardware — but often it is only provided as an optional upgrade when customers ask for it.

At Carte Kitchen, Blum is our default standard, not an upgrade. Our cabinets come with Blum hinges with lifetime warranty as part of our base specification.

Beyond just using the brand, we actively design kitchens around Blum systems to improve daily usability and workflow. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate solutions such as:

• Blum Aventos lift-up systems
• Tip-On Blumotion for handle-less designs
• Inward opening doors for better accessibility
• Angle stoppers for controlled door movement
• Blum Revego pocket door systems

Many companies use Blum as a selling point to impress.
At Carte Kitchen, we use Blum as a design tool to enhance how your kitchen actually works in everyday life.

Because good hardware shouldn’t just look premium — it should make your kitchen more comfortable, functional, and enjoyable to use.
Blum is a World #1 kitchen hardware manufacturer from Austria, widely recognised worldwide for producing high-quality cabinet fittings such as hinges, drawer systems, and lift mechanisms, backed by lifetime warranty.

Blum focuses on improving how cabinets open, close, and function in daily use, making kitchens smoother, quieter, and more comfortable to use.

Common Blum systems used in kitchens include:

• Soft-close hinges that allow cabinet doors to close gently and quietly
• Drawer systems that glide smoothly even under heavy loads
• Aventos lift systems for overhead cabinets that open upward easily
• Tip-On Blumotion for handle-less push-to-open designs
• Revego pocket door systems that hide appliances or pantry areas when opened

Blum products are known for their precision engineering, durability, and long lifespan, which is why they are widely used by premium kitchen brands around the world.

At Carte Kitchen, Blum hinges are our default hardware, and we actively design kitchens around Blum systems to enhance workflow, usability, and everyday kitchen experience.

Kitchen Cabinet Budget Planning

At Carte Kitchen, we don’t sell packages.

Kitchen packages are common in the market because they are easy to sell, easy to buy, and easy to standardize.

Because packages assume every homeowner is the same:
same layout, same appliances, same habits, and same needs.

But in reality, no two homes are ever the same.

What We Do Instead

At Carte Kitchen, we practice Co-Creation.

• We listen before we measure
• We understand your cooking habits, lifestyle, and appliances
• We design a kitchen that works physically, functionally, and emotionally

We also guide you through the process using our Carte Signature Boxed Enquiry Form and Co-Creation Checklist, making it easier even if you are renovating for the first time.

This approach takes more effort. But it gives you something a package never will:

A kitchen that truly belongs to you.

So no — we don’t sell packages.
Because your life isn’t templated.
And your kitchen shouldn’t be either.
From a budgeting perspective, a comfortable starting point for a typical apartment kitchen is around RM35,000.

Over the years, we have handled projects ranging from RM20,000 to RM80,000 for apartments and condominiums. The final price usually depends on several factors such as:

• Kitchen size and layout
• Material selection
• Door finishes
• Countertop type
• Accessories and fittings
• Design complexity

Based on our experience, most homeowners end up investing around RM35,000 on average for a well-balanced kitchen that offers good durability, functionality, and design.

During consultation, we will also help you plan the kitchen according to your budget so you can allocate your investment wisely.
Please contact our customer service team or click the WhatsApp button to book a FREE 1-to-1 consultation appointment at our showroom.

During the consultation, we will discuss your layout, ideas, lifestyle, and kitchen requirements in detail.

At the end of the session, you will receive a printed official quotation to help you with your budget planning and decision making.
We understand many companies will visit your site first and provide a quotation on the spot. That is not our approach, and it’s part of what makes us different.

At Carte Kitchen, we believe designing a kitchen is not just about measuring space and giving a price. It’s about understanding how you live, cook, and use your kitchen.

By visiting our showroom first, you will be able to:

• Have a deeper conversation so we can truly understand your needs and lifestyle
• Touch and experience our materials in person
• Explore our live kitchens and understand real workflow and movement
• Discover accessories and mechanisms that improve daily living
• Understand how we tailor specifications to fit your cooking habits and home

And don’t worry — we can still prepare a preliminary quotation based on your layout plan.

Simply bring along your house layout plan when you visit our showroom, and we will guide you through the planning and budgeting process.
Not at all. In fact, sharing ideas and stories is never too early.

We highly encourage homeowners to visit us before receiving their house keys. This gives you the opportunity to explore ideas, gather inspiration, and understand the possibilities for your kitchen early on.

When you start early, you’ll have plenty of time to think, discuss, and refine your ideas at your own pace, without feeling rushed during the renovation period.

At Carte Kitchen, we believe the quotation is not the most important part.
What matters more is having us walk alongside you in the journey — sharing ideas, exploring options, and co-creating a kitchen that truly fits your life.
Since you are still surveying, we actually recommend visiting showrooms in person — not only Carte Kitchen’s showroom, but others as well.

This allows you to truly understand the differences between brands by:

• Meeting the consultants in person
• Touching and experiencing the materials
• Seeing the workmanship quality
• Exploring the accessories and kitchen mechanisms

Because when designing a kitchen, price should never be the only factor in decision making.

At Carte Kitchen, we believe designing a kitchen is not just about measuring space and giving a price. It’s about understanding how you live, cook, and use your kitchen.

By visiting our showroom, you will be able to:

• Have a deeper conversation so we can truly understand your needs and lifestyle
• Touch and experience our materials in person
• Explore our live kitchens and understand real workflow and movement
• Discover accessories and mechanisms that improve daily living
• Understand how we tailor specifications to fit your cooking habits and home

This helps us co-create a kitchen that truly fits you, rather than simply giving a quotation based on assumptions.
When surveying kitchen cabinet providers, we actually recommend not starting purely from price comparison.

In the market, it is common for companies to provide a very basic or attractive starting price online just to draw attention. However, the final product, specifications, and materials may turn out very different from what you actually need.

This often makes the decision process longer and more confusing, because you end up comparing many quotations that are not based on the same design, materials, or requirements.

Instead, we encourage homeowners to visit showrooms personally during the surveying stage — not only Carte Kitchen’s showroom, but others as well. This allows you to:

• Understand each brand’s design philosophy and approach
• Touch and experience the materials
• See the workmanship and accessories in person
• Have a proper discussion with the consultant

This way, you are making decisions based on real understanding, not just numbers on a quotation.

Once we understand your layout, lifestyle, and requirements, we will be able to prepare a much more meaningful and accurate quotation for you.
Honestly speaking, this is one of the most common questions we have received during the time we just started out in 2018.

However, over the years, more homeowners have realised that price per foot run doesn’t truly represent the real cost of a kitchen.

This is because many factors affect the price, such as:

• Material selection
• Cabinet structure and internal configuration
• Door finishes
• Accessories and fittings
• Design complexity and layout

Different specifications can lead to very different costs, even if the kitchen size looks similar.

That’s why at Carte Kitchen, we don’t base our quotations on a “per foot run” price. Instead, we prepare quotations based on the actual materials, accessories, fittings, and design requirements discussed with you.

This approach allows us to create a kitchen that truly fits your needs, lifestyle, and expectations, rather than forcing everything into a fixed unit price.
We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Card
• Online Bank Transfer
• Cheque

For transparency and proper documentation, we strictly do not accept cash payments.

All payments will be recorded and supported with official documentation for your reference.
