Located in Bukit Minyak, Penang, this project was designed for Ms. Weinnie by our consultant Ms. Zoey, showcasing a modern contemporary concept where functionality meets clean, elegant design.

A Seamless Open Living Experience

The lower floor is carefully planned to integrate the kitchen, TV cabinet, and living area into a unified space.

Upon entering, a sleek TV cabinet sets the tone, paired with a parallel storage cabinet that discreetly keeps essentials organised. This leads naturally to a central tall cabinet with double glass doors, creating a refined focal point for display and storage.

The result is a space that feels:

• Clean and uncluttered
• Visually connected
• Practical for daily living

A Balanced Material Palette

This home features a harmonious mix of:

• Signature white cabinetry for brightness and simplicity
