Located in Bukit Banyan Amaryn, Sungai Petani, this kitchen was thoughtfully designed for Ms. Kho by our consultant Ms. Zoey, showcasing a modern contemporary kitchen concept with a refined mix of colours, textures, and functional planning.

A Contemporary Play of Colours & Textures

This kitchen features a harmonious combination of plain blue lower cabinets and soft grey upper cabinets, creating a clean and visually balanced look.
The contrast between tones adds depth without overwhelming the space — delivering a modern minimalist feel that remains warm and approachable.

Smart Separation with Sliding Door

The kitchen is divided by a sleek sliding door, allowing flexibility between open and closed spaces.
This design helps to:

• Maintain cleanliness in the dry kitchen area
• Contain cooking activities in the wet kitchen
• Create a more organised and structured layout

Functional Wet Kitchen Layout

The wet kitchen is designed in an L-shaped layout, optimised for daily cooking efficiency.
Key features include:

• Pull-out trays for easy access and organisation
• Drawer dish rack system for a cleaner, more concealed storage solution
• Well-planned zones for cooking, washing, and preparation

This ensures a smooth and practical workflow for everyday use.

Lifestyle-Focused Dry Kitchen

The dry kitchen is designed as a more social and presentable space.
It includes:

• A bar table area for casual dining and interaction
• Glass display cabinets with LED lighting to showcase wine or collectibles
• Additional cabinetry for organised storage
